We are thrilled that you want to support Day of Unity Fest as a vendor at our festival!  This year we've formalized our vendor request process therefore, in order to be considered for a vendor booth at Day of Unity Fest, you must complete the form below. Our executive team will reach out each week to discuss new submissions and follow up with each request regarding costs and expectations.

GENERAL

  • Booth fees are due 7 business days after your submission for a booth has been approved by DOU staff . Any unpaid applications will be deemed incomplete and will not be valid after the 7 day period.

  • Early setup and teardown are not permitted. 

  • Set-up starts at 7:30am and ends at 11am. 

  • Teardown starts at 10pm and ends at 11:30pm.

  • Late setup or staying later than the allotted time for teardown are not permitted.

  • Attempting to vend beyond event end, including during an early shutdown, will result in suspension or expulsion from future DOU events.

  • No booth spaces may be reserved, held or guaranteed for any reason. Placement of booths are at the discretion of DOU.

  • Booth sharing is prohibited

  • All products category, services offered for sale must be the same products and category indicated in the application.

  • Applicants who are not notified by Nov. 10th should presume their application was not NOT ACCEPTED.

  • Unruly behavior (including but not limited to intoxication, verbal abuse or threatening behaviors) will not be tolerated and are cause for immediate removal from the grounds and no refund will be given

  • Vendors are responsible for removing all trash, displays, equipment, vehicles and the like erected or placed on the premises at the end of an event. Anything left behind is subject to disposal.

  • DOU reserves the right to consider past performance and compliance with the rules and regulations during the vendor selection process.

  • Vendors deemed high risk may be asked to provide DOU with a copy of their current liability insurance.

  • Non-service animals are strictly prohibited.

  • No smoking in areas other than the designated smoking area

  • Illegal activities are prohibited

BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS

  • An assigned, single booth space measures 10’ x 10’. You may reserve more than one space.

  • Tents, tables, chairs and other equipment are NOT INCLUDED in the booth rental fee.

  • Vendors may provide your own tents, tables, chairs and other equipment.

  • All tents MUST be weighted with sandbags or any other appropriate weighting mechanisms and all equipment in good working order. If an item could potentially cause a safety hazard, vendors may be asked to disassemble the item and remove it.

  • If vendors purchased power, they will be responsible for providing their own extension cord(s). We recommend bringing up to 100ft.

  • Vendors may rent tents, tables, chairs and other equipment from Day of Unity for an additional fee. (Subject to availability)

  • Booth space includes display and storage, which cannot extend beyond the assigned space.

  • Vendors are responsible for the cleanliness, safety, insurance and security of their property.

  • Booths must not be left unattended. A person must be present in the booth at all times during the event.

  • Loud, amplified music or other sounds, contraband, and dangerous objects are prohibited.

  • The sale of counterfeit or bootlegged merchandise is prohibited and subject to confiscation. Vendor will be removed from Day of Unity premises.

  • Vehicles are not permitted on the turf, fountains or any public walkways. Authorized vendor loading zones will be clearly outlined in our load-in email.

 

CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY

  • If a vendor needs to withdraw their appearance at an event or would like to transfer their fees towards a future approved Day of Unity event, DOU will adhere to the following schedule:

    • 30 DAY NOTICE: Vendor will receive a partial credit for TRANSFER OR REFUND of booth + equipment rental fees to a future event. ($5 will be deducted for an administrative fee)

    • 2 WEEK NOTICE: Vendor will receive 50% credit ($5 will be deducted for an administrative fee) for TRANSFER ONLY of booth + equipment rental fees to a future event. ($5 will be deducted for an administrative fee)

    • LESS THAN 2 WEEK NOTICE: Vendor will forfeit their booth + equipment fees. No refunds or transfers will be granted.

  • If DOU is forced to cancel or shut down an event early due to inclement weather or for any other reason, DOU will adhere to the following schedule:

    • FULL CANCELLATION: All vendor booth + equipment fees will be refunded or transferred in full to a future event.

      • Entire event cancelled

    • MORE THAN HALF CANCELLATION: 30% of all vendor booth + equipment fees will be refunded or transferred to a future event.

      • More than half of the event has been completed
    • HALF CANCELLATION: 50% of all vendor booth + equipment fees will be refunded or transferred to a future event.

      • Half of the event has been completed

    • LESS THAN HALF CANCELLATION: No refunds or transfers will be granted.

      • Less than half of the event has been completed

  • When a change in an event is in question DOU staff will contact vendors directly via preferred method of correspondence stated in application.

  • All vendor transfers must be used within one year of the event credited. After one year, any remaining credits will be forfeited and considered void.

  • If a vendor fails to appear at any event without notice, they will forfeit all booth + equipment fees with the possibility of suspension or refusal from future Day of Unity events.

  • No events will be postponed or rescheduled unless you are notified of a special circumstance.
